The G5 Saw Blade for Thin Plastics delivers the highest quality when sawing thin polycarbonate panels, twin-wall sheets, and lightweight extruded polystyrene panels. Convex tooth sides prevent groove formation and surface flares on sensitive materials. Also designed for cutting hard and abrasive thermosets — HPL, anti-fingerprint, and conventional plastics.
LowNoise & Topline Precision
The LowNoise blade option reduces vibration and auxiliary noise during sawing, benefiting machine operators. Blades include expansion slots and other features that result in optimized cutting quality. Topline-quality run-out and concentricity tolerances ensure consistent, repeatable results.

Highline G5 — Thin Plastics Specialist
LEUCO’s Highline Tungsten Carbide Specialty Cutting G5 Saw Blade for Thin Plastics provides the highest quality when sawing thin polycarbonate panels, twin-wall sheets, and extruded polystyrene. Convex tooth sides prevent grooves and surface flares on sensitive materials. Also cuts HPL and anti-fingerprint plastics with outstanding edge quality. The convex tooth sides prevent groove formation on the cutting surface and flares on the surface of sensible materials.

Sawing — PMMA, Polycarbonate & More
The Plastics saw blade processes all transparent PMMA panels as well as transparent polystyrene panels (Wattolene). It also saws solid polycarbonate (PC) panels — available under names such as Lexan and Makrolon — without melting or chipping. The close pitch design keeps thin panels stable and mark-free throughout the cut.
