Description
The DIAREX airFace cutter is known for its versatility, low-noise, and super long-lasting cutting quality. For through-feed edge banding machines for a very quiet and chip-free jointing of solid wood and wood-based panels with and without coating, focusing particularly on noise reduction and quality standards. The design features a steel body with airFace surface with integrated balance screws and reinforced diamond cutting edges. You will receive increased edge life performance compared to standard jointing cutters and optimum cutting quality thanks to a very large shear angle.
Extra Advantages: Machining of 8mm panels is possible without adjustment, suitable for demanding abrasive panel materials, and Z=4+4 tools for machine feed from 22m/min.
