The airFace cutterhead is ideally suited for customers who attach importance to a low noise level and/or who want to be independent of sharpening saving you time and money. Provided with a set of suitable replacement segments, they will be able to re-equip their tools at any time. These dynamic cutterheads are suitable for jump-milling units for very quiet jointing of solid wood and wood-based panels with and without coating, focusing particularly on the reduction of unbalance and noise. The aluminum body with airFace surface and exchangeable stainless steel diamond cutting edges with large sheer angle provide a reduced power consumption, excellent cutting quality, and corrosion protection of the entire tool.
