Solid Tungsten Carbide Compression Spiral with Chipbreaker Finish

Chipbreakers apply a lower cutting pressure to improve quality of cut in plywood and is also best suited for sizing, jointing, grooving, and dividing in raw and laminated panel materials for cutting of openings and contours and traveling plunge cuts using Z and X or Y axis. These spirals are solid carbide, and have an endmill end point type. They provide an excellent finish on both top and bottom of the material and high rates of feed and best quality thanks to helical geometry.
