Description
In addition to noise reduction, LEUCO Topline diamond edged cutterheads are optimized for highest concentricity and chip removal thanks to internal chip evacuation, polished face, and high-finish clearance angle with shear angle. For optimum performance, we recommend the following tooth sets (Z index) by feed rate: Z4 for feed rate 20 - 30m/min, Z6 for feed rate 30 - 45m/min, or Z8 for feed rate 45 - 60m/min
