Tungsten Carbide 2 Flute 57.5mm Cylinder Head Drill Bit

LEUCO Cylinder drill bits provide chip-free drilling of hinge hardware holes in solid woods and wood-based panels on CNC machining centers, hardware hinge machines, and automatic boring machines. The carbide-tipped drill design features two rakers, two spurs, and centering point. The special geometry design of spurs brings chip-free bore holes even on partly open holes near the edge of the panel and excellent chip removal thanks to bigger gullets. The shorter center point allows for drilling deep holes close to the bottom of the panel and these ‘light’ drills bring lower cutting pressure.
